Our Head Chef, Kamil Huseyin, alone, has over 40 years’ experience in the catering industry, specialising in fish dishes.

As you would expect with such a pedigree, Kamil is meticulous about the provenance of his ingredients, insisting upon the best quality fresh fish.

His menu is anything but predictable.   Of course, there are good quality traditional dishes such as fish and chips and mouthwatering pies.  However, for the more discerning palate, there are a variety of expertly grilled fish dishes, char-grilled chicken, and a variety of succulent steak dishes.
